The location was nice in the middle of jackson and the staff here was genuinely helpful and very amiable.

There was no water pressure and it was inconvenient.

We spent 1 night in suite. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a tub. The location was exceptionally nice and great in the middle of jackson.

My room was extremely spacious and cozy with a microwave, a dishwasher and coffee/tea makers. The location couldn't be more easy and great in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was right by several nice restaurants, and Michigan's.

The hotel was brand new and everything was clean and well-maintained. It had a great outdoor seating area with a fire pit which was awesome and cozy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent amount of options and was regularly stocked.

The water pressure on our floor was really low and the shower was basically unusable. It would have been nice if the pressure was better.

overall i loved that beautiful hotel. the suite was absolutely fantastic, included a shower, hairdryers and towels. all the staff was helpful, tackled my issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites in Grand Rapids South. The hotel is brand new, so everything was clean and fresh. I loved the modern and spacious design, both inside and outside with seating areas and a cozy fire pit for the evenings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. In my room, I appreciated the full-size fridge and dishes, which made it convenient for preparing meals. The breakfast selection was great, always well-stocked and easily accessible.

I imagine the lower floors would have better water pressure.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient location with easy access to the highway. The newly opened space features clean and comfortable rooms with helpful amenities such as a full-size fridge and dishes. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious and well-maintained. the gym and pool, along with the outdoor fire pit and seating areas, make for a great time with family.

There was low water pressure on the higher floors, particularly on the fourth floor.

Had an enjoyable holiday stay at a modern hotel. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. The gym and pool areas offered a good amount of space to exercise and relax. the hotel had great highway access and was located close to many attractions. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch and made for a pleasant evening.

The water pressure on the higher floors was low. Taking a shower was nearly impossible, which was a bit disappointing.
